What are the terms and conditions for shipping?
At Pardesi, every pair is crafted with care and delivered with equal attention.
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Once your order is placed, your sneakers are typically delivered within 5–7 working days within India. International deliveries generally take 10–12 working days, depending on the destination.
For the most accurate delivery timeline, please select your preferred size on the respective product page, as some handcrafted designs may require additional time.
We partner with some of India’s leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, shipping timelines may vary based on serviceability. In case your delivery location falls outside the coverage area, our team will proactively get in touch to explore the best possible alternative.
Please note that during festive seasons, sales periods, or adverse weather conditions, deliveries may experience slight delays. Rest assured, our team will always strive to get your order to you at the earliest.

We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option across India for your convenience.

Maximum COD Order Value: INR 20,000

For orders within India, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the listed price.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Pardesi does not have control over or responsibility for these charges.
