Due to the artisanal nature of our footwear, slight variations in color, embroidery, embellishment, or finish may occur. These nuances are not imperfections but a reflection of authentic craftsmanship, making each pair uniquely yours.
Please also note that minor color differences may appear due to photography lighting or screen display settings.
Can I return my order?
At present, Pardesi does not offer returns. However, we do offer size and style exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your pair for another size, you may do so by returning the product within 14 days of delivery to the address below:

Important guidelines for exchange:
The footwear must be unworn, unused, and in original box packaging along with the invoice.
Please clearly mention your desired exchange size on the invoice.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may exchange the pair for another style of similar value.
Footwear should be tried only on clean, carpeted surfaces to avoid any damage or marks.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
