Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in design, embroidery, or detailing may occur. These subtle differences are not imperfections, but a mark of true craftsmanship—often resulting in a finish that is even more beautiful and unique than the image shown.
Please also note that minor color differences may appear due to photography lighting or screen display settings.

Repair & Care
Every Pardesi pair is handcrafted and hand-embroidered by skilled artisans, making each piece truly special. With a little mindful care, your sneakers will remain radiant for years to come.
Gently remove surface dust using a soft, damp cloth or a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Always store your sneakers in the dust bag to preserve their shine and protect the embroidery.
In case the soles get stained, clean them with mild soap and water, gently brush, and pat dry with a soft towel.
Avoid soaking, machine washing, or exposing the footwear to excessive moisture or heat.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days within India and 10–12 working days for international orders. Cash on Delivery is available across India for an additional charge.
At present, returns are not accepted. However, we do offer size or style exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the footwear is unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with the invoice. Sale items and international orders are not eligible for exchange.
Each Pardesi pair is handcrafted, so slight variations in color or finish are natural and part of its unique character.
